Hello to everyone living in the Nakameguro/Meguro area and to all sports lovers!

We have opened a column page for NoName Nakameguro, which provides training and conditioning specialized for golf and sports. I am Kasai, the representative.

Our ultimate goal is not just to provide a place for physical activity, but to bring out the best performance in each customer and help them enjoy sports for a long time without injury. In particular, we are focusing on fundamentally resolving problems that many golfers face, such as distance and back pain.

In this column, we will provide you with information that delves deeply into your questions and concerns, such as "How professionals use their bodies," "The scientific secret to increasing your driving distance," and "How to recover from fatigue after golf." Thank you for your interest.


Let me introduce myself again. My name is Kasai. I have 15 years of experience as a sports team trainer, physical therapist, and rehabilitation instructor for athletes.

This experience is the reason why we specialize in supporting golf and athletes.

This experience led me to believe that anyone can improve their performance efficiently if they understand the structure and movement of the body.

We offer a specialized approach based on the latest knowledge and focusing on areas vital to the golf swing, such as the hips and core.
