Prevent mistakes on the first hole! Pre-start conditioning to awaken your brain and muscles

1. 90% of first-morning mistakes are due to lack of preparation

"My body always feels stiff on the first hole, and I hit a chip or a slice." Many people have this problem, but it's not because of their technique; it's simply because their body isn't in "golf mode."

Proper conditioning is essential, especially during cold weather or early morning rounds, in order to utilize the muscle strength you have developed through training.

2. Why static stretching can be counterproductive

It may be surprising, but simply stretching gently before starting can actually reduce muscle output and decrease distance. What is currently recommended for highly sensitive golfers in Nakameguro is "dynamic stretching."

3. Three joint rotations to do right before teeing off

Hip rotation: Raise your knees high and rotate them widely outwards.

Shoulder blade movement: Raise your shoulders up to your ears and then drop them in one go.

Thoracic rotation: Hold the club on your shoulder and rotate deeply from side to side while keeping your lower body stationary.

By doing these things, the speed of communication from the brain to the muscles increases, allowing you to swing in perfect condition from the first hole.

4. Advance preparation at NoName Nakameguro

In our training at the salon, we also teach this kind of "preparation to perform at your best in the real thing." If you want to get off to the best start in Nakameguro, please come and try it out.
